The year to-date has been marked by sustained progress and accelerating opportunities. Our installed Restoration Hydro Turbine (RHT) projects are operating reliably, and our project development pipeline continues to grow. The close of our Series B funding round, led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures and backed by Chevron Technology Ventures, coupled with the addition of Yves Rannou, former CEO of GE Hydropower, to our board of directors and Nicolas Serrie, former VP of product management for GE Hydro and president of GE Hydro France, to our management team, have set the stage for our continued growth and success.
The Low Impact Hydropower Institute (LIHI) has granted its 200th Low Impact certificate in the US to Natel Energy's Monroe Drop hydropower project in Oregon.
An AUMA electric actuation solution ensures high-precision guide vane adjustment for a fully-submersible hydro turbine from Natel Energy at the Sauerbrunn hydropower plant.
Natel Energy is featured in the Water Power Technology Office 2021-2022 Accomplishments Report for three different projects! Read more on pages 13, 16, and 17.
